| Description | The Agni-1 is a short-range ballistic missile developed by India as part of its Agni series of missiles. It is a single-stage, solid-fueled missile with a range of around 700 to 1200 kilometers and can carry a payload of 1,000 kg. The Agni-1 is capable of carrying both conventional and nuclear warheads and is considered a strategic weapon. It is deployed by the Indian Army’s Strategic Forces Command. |
